Our Trainers

Jeremy VanAusdall, CF-L1 and CrossFit Kids Trainer

Jeremy is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has been CrossFitting since 2009.  He is also a career firefighter/paramedic for New Braunfels Fire Department.  Throughout his career has been active in the training and education of others in the fire department.  Jeremy is also a member of Texas Task Force 1 Helicopter Search and Rescue Team as a Rescue Swimmer and a Flight Paramedic for San Antonio AirLIFE.  His inspiration for opening a CrossFit gym began after CrossFitting for about a month and he realized that he was on track to getting into the best shape of his life and wanted to help others do the same.  In his spare time Jeremy trains for and competes in the Firefighter Combat Challenge.  Jeremy is married to Kelly VanAusdall with three children whom all CrossFit.


Kelly VanAusdall, PT CF-L1 and CrossFit Kids Trainer

Kelly is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has been CrossFitting since 2009.  She is also a Physical Therapist.  Kelly brings her Physical Therapy background to CrossFit Spring Branch and supervises/programs the mobility aspect of our workouts.  Kelly sees that CrossFit programming focuses on general physical preparedness and core strengthening which in turn prevents injury to individuals during life’s activities.  Together with Jeremy she looks forward to changing the lives of many people by helping them reach their fitness goals.  In her spare time Kelly enjoys spending time with her kids and horseback riding.



Jannine Meszler, CF-L1 and CrossFit Kids Trainer

Jannine is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has also been CrossFitting since 2009.  Jannine truly believes in CrossFit programming and has seen it improve her general physical preparedness and the GPP of those around her.  She truly enjoys training others and brings an undeniable energy level to all of the sessions she coaches.  In her spare time Jannine loves to snowboard on the hardest black trail she can find!  Jannine is happily married with two children and three grandchildren.
