Welcome to CrossFit Spring Branch!
We are dedicated to the improvement of your health and athletic performance. All workouts are scalable to facilitate the development of all physical levels. Our programming will focus on CrossFit’s 10 fitness domains: cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. At CFSB you will be instructed by CrossFit Level 1 Certified trainers who are dedicated to you and your performance goals.
Our “box” will promote a family oriented community that will welcome all. We will encourage camaraderie and teamwork before, during, and after all workouts. You are not only joining a gym, you are the foundation of a community of fitness!
